Creativity has no boundaries! A common challenge with any outdoor metal work subjected to weather conditions; specifically damp climates like the Northwest’s is the potential of rust. We address this with designs that specifically eliminate lap joints where water seeps in and rust runs out. We space and pin scroll detailing to allow primer and powder coating to completely seal all surfaces. All pickets are completely welded around the surfaces they join to eliminate water from seeping into joint contacts. For the ultimate protection, exterior railing can also be treated with a hot dip galvanizing process.
